Online Purchase Return Policy
Art and Lutherie attaches great importance to making your experience as pleasant as possible. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, or if the items ordered appear to have been damaged during shipment, please return the goods within thirty (30) days of delivery. Art and Lutherie will not cover the cost of return shipping, except in any case where we are responsible for the cause of the return or exchange (see “Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders”). In regards to the compatibility of any given part or guitar case, if you are doubtful that you are buying the right product, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing your order. In the event of a wrongful purchase, Art and Lutherie is not held responsible and will not cover freight costs upon return. If you have purchased your product in-store, please return it to the point of purchase for faster service. In case you cannot return to the store, please contact our Customer Service.
